Our intake team responds within 24 hours. Following the initial meet-and-greet and service agreement setup, supports can typically commence within a few business days depending on specific staffing requirements.
Do you provide support for participants with Down Syndrome?
Yes! We specialize in tailored support for individuals with Down Syndrome and intellectual disabilities, providing assistance with personal care, daily living skills, social integration, and community participation.
What happens if my assigned support worker is unavailable?
We maintain a dedicated pool of fully screened secondary support staff. In the event of illness or leave, we schedule a familiar backup support worker to ensure uninterrupted care.
